We are proud to offer an extensive palette of 20+ exclusive shades, available in matte, gloss, and mirror finishes.

The colour chart can be found in the listing photographs, along with example pieces to help you envision your chosen look.

If you would like to see additional examples of a particular colour, please feel free to contact us, we will be happy to assist.


DESIGNS & FONTS:

Our curated selection of designs and fonts can be viewed within the listing images. The styles shown are those available for each specific product.

If you have a bespoke concept in mind or would like to explore alternatives, simply send us a message — we would love to bring your vision to life.


ARTWORK & APPROVAL:

Proofs can be provided - upon request

Please be advised proofs are not offered as standard on most items, and will only be provided upon request.

All proofs are presented in 'black & white' to showcase layout and design.

If you would like to view colour examples, please send us a message and we will be happy to assist. Alternatively we also offer samples you can order via this link - Samples

If a design proof has been requested, we will send a design via email. You will have 48-hours to approve or request amendments. Should we not receive a response within this timeframe, Your order will proceed to production based on the design and colour selections provided on your order.


SPELLING, LAYOUTS & COLOUR SELECTIONS:

Please check all details selected and information provided are correct before submitting your order.

Any spelling mistakes or incorrect details provided are the customers responsibility*


ORDER AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATIONS:

Please be advised that we offer a 24-hour window for any cancellations or amendments. After this period, Your order will be sent to production, and we are unable to accommodate further edits or issue refunds. Please ensure all details are correct prior to submitting your order.


TURNAROUND TIMES:

We aim to complete orders within a 1-2 week turnaround.

IN A RUSH?

We are always happy to assist where possible with expedited orders. If you are working to a tight timeframe, please send us a message, we can then advise on the earliest delivery options available.


DELIVERY:

Your order will be dispatched using the shipping method selected at checkout. We offer both standard and express delivery options for your convenience.

If you wish to upgrade to express shipping, please contact us and we’ll be pleased to arrange this for you.

MY ITEM IS DELAYED?

If your parcel is experiencing a delay, you can view the most up-to-date tracking information directly through the courier’s website using your tracking number.

Couriers will also provide an expected delivery date, which updates automatically as the parcel moves through their network.

Delays are rare but can occur occasionally due to weather, increased seasonal volume, or operational disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these circumstances.


MISSING ORDERS:

If your order appears to be missing, please get in touch and we will be happy to assist. We will work directly with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.

If your order is marked as “Delivered” a proof of Delivery will be available to view via the courier tracking page. This may include a delivery photo, GPS location, or signature, depending on the courier.


MY ITEM HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED?

We take great care to ensure all items are in perfect condition prior to dispatch, and each order is securely packaged with Fragile labelling clearly displayed. Despite these precautions,

Occasional transit damage can occur due to circumstances beyond our control. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48-hours of delivery. This timeframe is essential, as couriers are unable to investigate damage claims submitted after this period.

If your item has arrived damaged, please provide clear photographs of: the damaged item, and any supporting images, such as the damaged box.

Once received, we will initiate an investigation with both our team and the courier. We will work swiftly to arrange a replacement, which will be produced and dispatched within a few days, subject to the outcome of the investigation.


TARRIFS, DUTIES OR IMPORT FEES:

Please be advised that when ordering from outside the United Kingdom, your parcel may be subject to additional government-imposed charges such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

These fees must be settled by the recipient before the courier is able to complete delivery.
