    we are always happy to assist where possible with expedited orders. If you are working to a tight timeframe, please send us a message, we can then advise on the earliest delivery options available.

  • proofs can be provided - upon request

    please be advised proofs are not offered as standard on most items, and will only be provided upon request. all proofs are presented in 'black & white' to showcase layout and design.

    if you would like to view colour examples, please send us a message and we will be happy to assist. alternatively we also offer samples you can order via this link - samples

    if a design proof has been requested, we will send a design via email. you will have 48-hours to approve or request amendments. should we not receive a response within this timeframe, your order will proceed to production based on the design and colour selections provided on your order.

  • we are proud to offer an extensive palette of 20+ exclusive shades, available in matte, gloss, and mirror finishes.

    the colour chart can be found in the listing photographs, along with example pieces to help you envision your chosen look.

    if you would like to see additional examples of a particular colour, please feel free to contact us, we will be happy to assist.

  • yes, you can order samples of the colours to see in person prior to ordering.

  • please be advised that we offer a 24-hour window for any cancellations or amendments. after this period, Your order will be sent to production, and we are unable to accommodate further edits or issue refunds. please ensure all details are correct prior to submitting your order.

  • yes, you are welcome to order in advance.

    you can simply order as normal via the website. then please email us your order number requesting to put your order ‘on hold’

  • due to our items be bespoke made to requirements and with personalised detailing.

    we do not offer refunds or exchanges
