below you will find helpful advice and guidance for each stage of the ordering process

ordering

  • our turnaround time is 1–2 weeks (not including weekends) Please also allow additional time for shipping.

    IN A RUSH?

    we are always happy to assist where possible with expedited orders. If you are working to a tight timeframe, please send us a message, we can then advise on the earliest delivery options available.

  • when adding each item to your basket you will be given the opportunity to leave your personalisation details in the personalisation section.

  • we recommend spreading your orders. our clients will buy items in advance such as guestbooks and welcome signs. then order items such as seating plans closer to the day.

personalisation

  • you can view colours options in the listing photos. you will also find examples of colours in the lookbook section of our website.

    we recommend ordering samples first to make sure the colours are perfect for your day, you can find samples in the shop.

  • you can view design options in the listing photos.

  • we have a selection of sizes for many of our items. you can see size guide examples in both the photo examples and listing details.

designs & ammendments

  • you can view design options in the listing photos.

    proofs can be provided - upon request.

    designs are provided in ‘black and white’ for layout and accuracy.

  • if a design proof has been requested, we will send a design via email. you will have 48-hours to approve or request amendments. should we not receive a response within this timeframe, your order will proceed to production based on the design and colour selections provided on your order.

  • Please be advised that we offer a 24-hour window for any cancellations or amendments. After this period, Your order will be sent to production, and we are unable to accommodate further edits or issue refunds. Please ensure all details are correct prior to submitting your order.

turn around & shipping

  • We aim to complete orders within a 1-2 week turnaround.

  • we offer both standard and express shipping options. please consider the correct turn around for your order. we do not take responsibility for late deliveries due to parcel courier turn arounds.
