Please email your complete seating-plan details to:

Include your order number and send the information within 48 hours of ordering.

For an individual-table layout, supply:

• Your chosen heading
• Each table number or name
• Guest names grouped beneath the correct table
• Couple’s names or closing wording, if required

Please list each guest on a separate line and carefully check all spelling before sending the information.

Send your guest list as editable text, a Word document or a spreadsheet wherever possible. Avoid sending screenshots or photographs of handwritten lists.

PROOFING

A digital design proof will be prepared for you to review before production.

Please carefully check:

• Every guest name
• Table numbers or names
• Spelling and punctuation
• Table allocations
• Heading and closing wording
• Selected colours and layout

Production will begin using the approved design.

PLEASE NOTE

• Easels, stands, flowers, candles and other styling accessories are not included.
• This design features raised 3D header lettering and line details. The guest names and table information are UV printed.
• Colours may appear slightly different between screens and physical acrylic.
• Final layouts may vary slightly to accommodate the number and length of names supplied.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

This seating plan is created using your personalised guest information and selected colours. Change-of-mind returns are not normally accepted on personalised products. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect.
