2. Make sure the page is published and accessible without requiring guests to log in.

3. Send us the complete website link.

4. We generate the QR code and incorporate it into your personalised sign design.

5. Guests scan the code with their smartphone camera to view the seating plan and find their table.

IMPORTANT: The supplied link must remain active and unchanged. If the destination link is changed after the sign has been printed, the QR code may no longer direct guests to the correct page.

Printed details are available in black or white.

Black printing is recommended for light and neutral backgrounds. White printing is recommended for darker colours.

Strong contrast between the QR code and background is essential for reliable scanning. We may recommend an alternative print colour if your chosen combination does not provide sufficient contrast.

🛒 HOW TO ORDER

1. Select your sign size and background colour.

2. Choose your preferred 3D lettering colour and font option.

3. Enter the following information in the Personalisation Box:

• Couple’s names
• Wedding date
• Sign heading or wording
• Background colour
• 3D lettering colour
• Black or white printed details
• Font or design option
• Complete live link to your digital seating plan

4. Add your email address and telephone number for courier tracking updates.

Please supply your wording and live seating-plan link within 48 hours of ordering to avoid delaying your design.

• The complete link must be tested before it is submitted.
